Winter Fun Show wrap-up We held our annual winter fun show on Saturday afternoon, February 19th at 1 p.m. We had four three-class divisions--two walk-trot and two walk-trot-canter, with four riders in each division. Riders were judged first on their equitation on the flat, then in a pleasure class, and last of all, over a course of ground poles or cross rails. We welcomed as our guest judges the award-winning members of the Pennsylvania Arabian Horse Association Youth Judging Team. We wish the team the best of luck this weekend as they travel to Scottsdale, AZ for the national championship. Our friends from www.lancasterhorse.com visited us and took lots of great photos of the event. Be sure to visit that website to view the pictures. For some pictures, along with results of the show, |
| Delight shows at Hunt Night On Monday, October 18th, Cindy and Delight participated in Hunt Night at the PA National Horse Show in Harrisburg. The evening's activities featured riders from qualified Hunt Clubs throughout the East. Along with hunter classes, we enjoyed a horn-blowing contest and terrier races. This was a fun evening for all, and we were happy to be representing the Beaufort Hunt this year. |
| Six-year-old student films her mother's riding lesson Sasha Mast, one of our youngest riders, helped to create "Mom's Ride", a film of her mother's riding lesson on Timer. We think she did a terrific job and are happy to make it available for you to see. Click here to visit the link where you may view the video. |
