Junior Relay Practice - 4/2/06
This year some of our riders will be participating in the Junior Relay Races that will be held at a
few of the Maryland Point-to-Point Races. On Saturday, we headed to the site of the first race of
the series and did a bit of practicing. Our riders had a blast, and we're all looking forward to
competing on April 8th. Our main race team, Billy & The Babes, will be Billy riding Calvin, Michelle
riding Zombie and Cerah riding Smokey. Nichole and Katie will be among our catch riders. Come

Elkridge-Harford Point-to-Point - 4/8/06
Our riders were greeted with cold rain and ferocious winds at our first Junior Relay event.
Because the conditions were slippery and our riders inexperienced, we decided to take the safe
route and scratch three of our four riders from competition. Nichole participated on Billy, a
seasoned hunt horse, and she did a great job. We returned home, soaked and cold to the bone,
and are hoping for better weather for our next outing on the 22nd. We did manage to get a few
